Workout and some feedback!
So I was wondering if there was anything specific you guys were looking for on this blog? I mean I post my workouts and stuff but what do you guys want to see? Advice? Tips? Recipes? ALSO I realized that for some reason my ask was disabled for some reason, but it’s open again now.
I’ve been on a long journey, starting out quite a few years ago at 195lbs and since then it has been an interesting journey. I have made good health decisions, and very poor ones and I’d love to help you guys out if you need anything! I know back when I was starting out I would’ve loved any help I could have gotten! So please, let me know what you think about this blog! What you would like to see/etc!
I am trying to make it more than just text posts about my day but I’m not sure what people want? Do you want posts about what I eat? Recipes I make? Let me know :)
Also today is Weight Train Tuesday! I did my usual isometric AM workout I’ll be doing the weights and abs later. I am still feeling kinda scrummy today but quite a bit better than yesterday.
